Okay, I know we’re down right now but we’re not out. Let’s regroup and let’s get back on track. This is my fault I’m just not really feeling myself right now and I can’t always seem to keep it with my schoolwork I just miss my family right now. I don’t know what I’m doing here without them. Honestly I never feel happy anymore I
was barely able to get out of bed for this. I don’t know if I can keep going. I know our backs are against the wall right now and some of these things in our lives they just feel like out of our control. You guys have to know that these feelings can be normal. We support each other no matter what depression, anxiety, stress, These mental illnesses are not weaknesses. Okay? You will not be looked down upon or looked at as less of a person. You never know when these things may pop up but one thing you can be certain of is that we are a family. Every person here cares about you. If one of us falls, we all fall. Our physical fitness is important as athletes we can’t deny that, but it’s not so important that we can overlook our mental fitness as well. 1 in every 4 of us is going to experience some form of mental challenge throughout our lives, and it’s our job as our teammates to help each other out and to look out for each other. It’s hard work that overcomes obstacles on the court and it’s hard work that’ll overcome them in the real world. We fight as a team we train as a team we live as a team. Let’s do it. ‘Heat’ on two! 1, 2, HEAT!
