Students about the selection procedure for the BSc in Psychology

Hi, my name is Miriam and I’m from
Pakistan. The online test was pretty okay for me because I have taken other tests before online and I was able to finish it in time. I heard through the admissions team that I got an admission in the program. I got an email, and as soon as I got an email I was really excited. Hi, I’m Prisca and I’m from Indonesia. The first time I applied to the University of Groningen, I was very nervous because I knew that there was a selection procedure and also a numerus fixes, but then I also think that it motivated me a lot to actually
get accepted into this university. For future students who want to apply and take the selection procedure: don’t be scared, don’t be nervous. It’s a really nice experience and I think it’s very good for you. Hi, I am Lucas. I am in my second year of Psychology
at the University of Groningen. For me, it wasn’t that hard to get in
the program, because you know that there are 650 spots available and it’s not about
getting in the top ten. So being one of the first 650 is pretty doable if you put some effort into learning the material. Just don’t worry too much.
You’ll be fine in the end. Hi, I am Iana.
I am from Romania. I’m studying Psychology at the University of Groningen. An advice that I have to future students
that take the selection procedure is to indeed study the material, but don’t sweat too much, because most questions are manageable and very easily approachable. You don’t have to learn anything by heart.
Just make sure that you understand the main concept of the material that is given. I was obviously insecure about what I did on the exam, but in the end it just turned out to be fine.
