Those suffering with mental illness or addiction
need care. Not just any care, but compassionate care.
Given here, at Carrier Clinic. Our doors first opened in 1910 in Belle Mead,
New Jersey. Here, our heritage of providing compassionate care was born. Today, Carrier Clinic is New Jersey’s largest
independent not-for-profit behavioral healthcare system. With our newest construction program,
the largest in our history, now complete, our heritage continues – offering enhanced
programs that incorporate mind and body wellness therapies to patients throughout the tri-state
area. Carrier Clinic’s compassionate care is a
commitment that starts with an understanding of an individual’s unique situation and
condition. Carefully planned interior spaces and secure
guest quarters offer patients a quiet, healing environment…as well as the beneficial fellowship
of others. Daily selections of delicious meals, prepared by our resident chef, are served
in a friendly and supportive environment. Carrier’s compassionate care includes personalized

developing an individualized wellness and recovery plan. Group therapy sessions of specialized adolescent,
adult and older adult –each work to address their different life stages, situations and
problems. Carrier Clinic is achieving wellness beyond
medicine. We’re re-defining behavioral healthcare with spiritual support, equine, music, and
art therapy. We’ve earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval. Our compassionate care can even include helpful
therapy sessions with family members. Today, Carrier Clinic is one of the most trusted
names in behavioral healthcare. While our construction is finished, our commitment of
compassionate care to those suffering with mental illness or addiction…Never ends.

THE WORST PLACE EVER THEY ARE ABUSERS AND TORTURERS AND HAVE JAIL CELLS. NOW THEY ARE GOING INTO THE BRAIN. RUN FAST THIS IS THE HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. UNCARING STAFF, ARROGANT STAFF, HORRIBLE TREATMENT. UNQUALIFIED DR.S AND WORKERS. SNAKE PIT DO NOT TRUST THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. A COMPLETE NIGHT MARE AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE NJ DEPT OF HEALTH FOR REVIEW. RUN AWAY. EVEN BETTER TO SUFFER THAN GET "HELP" OR "CARE" AT CARRIER. WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATIONS OF THIS PLACE. THEY GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING THEY WANT. THEY SAY THEY CAN TOUCH YOUR PART OF YOUR BRAIN AND RESET IT. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. THEY WILL PUT MEDICAL MONITORS ON YOU TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK LEGIT. NEVER EVER CLOSE THE DOORS AND DESTROY THE BUILDING. THE WORKERS ALL COMPLAIN ON LINE. STOP IT CARRIER.

It has been almost two years since I went inpatient there and I still have nightmares about that place AND I came out way worse than when I went in. Thanks a lot

Wow im so disappointed to hear all of these horrible things about Carrier. I went there 20 years ago and it was a beautiful facility with lovely grounds and a great staff. They did threaten to shoot you with Thorazine and send you to crazy eddies if you acted up but other than that. Lol. They were known for being one of the best. I think the creation of drug court and the opiate epidemic has overrun all of these places and they just aren't what they used to be. Seems like California and Florida have the rehab thing down now. Honestly who wants to kick opiates in the snow?
