Can small changes make life a little more
colourful? Doing everyday things can make a huge difference
in building a positive headspace. Everyone is unique, so what works for you
will be to. What I really like about yoga is the ability
to practice mindfulness. It’s like sometimes at night when I can’t
sleep, I jot down some notes about what’s on my mind and come back to them in the morning. For me it’s all about spending time with people
