Now I’m going to show you the second point
of hand where in you will be able to have positive effects and allay the pain of migraine.
This is the front of the hand and just where the thumb is in the bony portion, you press
it with your other thumb. Keep on pressing it for at least several minutes. Three to
four minutes. And see the positive effect it has on the whole nervous system. Press
two, your migraine would vanish. So friends, you have health in your hands. Now gently
rub both hands together and make a position like this. And gently place them over your
eyes. Breathe naturally and then keeping your eyes closed, rub them once again. And place
them gently at the side. Breathe normally. One more time and we’ll put it at the Occipital
area that is the base of the neck. Breathe in and out. Feel the warmth of your palms.
Gently open your eyes.
